The Genealogy Club meetings often include a program or video followed by a discussion and sharing of ideas, resources, and advice.  On occasion, a member of the group will provide the program for the group.
 
If a webinar or other online tool is used it will be posted to the Club's Facebook Group within a few days of the meeting.  The Club's Facebook site can be found as a "group" on the Library's Facebook site.
 
They meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the Board Room on the lower level of the Library.

Join us we will do a run down of the different software titles available to help you keep track of your family tree.  Members will be available to answer questions you may have about the different ones as I know we have members who use Family Tree Maker, Legacy Family Tree, and RootsMagic. If you have always contemplated getting genealogy software, come join us as we hope to make your decision a little easier.  If you use a particular one mentioned or even a different one, come share in our discussion!

Cleveland Public Library is offering a free day of learning from professional genealogists, librarians, and archivists at the Main Library. 
 
This is an annual event since 2024.  General information was copied from the 2024 event. 
It will be on a Saturday in October, but I don't want to post more than that until I know more. 
More information will be posted when it is available. 
 
This free event will offer something for beginning researchers, seasoned genealogists, and everyone in between.  Registration is required, and a free boxed lunch will be provided.
